Friendship Peak Trek

Friendship peak in the Beas Kund area is an ideal non-technical or trekking peak for those with limited or no mountaineering knowledge. The nearest town is Manali. Roadhead is Solang Nala which is main town in Solang Valley -18 kms from Manali.

Day 01: Delhi - Manali - Friendship Peak Trek

Half day sight seeing at Delhi and by evening drive to Manali by Bus or Cab. Overnight journey.

Day 02: Manali - Friendship Peak Trek

Arrival at Manali by morning. On arrival transfer to hotel for relax. After leisure visit Hadimba Devi temple, old Manali, Tibetan Monastery and the Mall road. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03: Manali - Solang - Bakarthach (3500 mts/11480 ft) - Friendship Peak Trek

Early in the morning drive to Solang and from here trek to Bakarthach. Enroute you will trek through lush green valley and thick forest. Dinner and overnight stay at camp.

Day 04 & 05: Bakarthach - Friendship Peak Trek

Acclimatization days around Bakarthach. Dinner and overnight stay at camp.

Day 06: Bakarthach - Base Camp - Friendship Peak Trek

In the morning after breakfast trek to base camp of friendship peak. Dinner and overnight stay in camp.

Day 07: Base Camp – Advance Base Camp - Friendship Peak Trek

In the morning after breakfast trek further and establish Advanced Base Camp. Dinner and overnight stay in camp.

Day 08: Reserved for summit attempts - Friendship Peak Trek

Day 09: ABC - Bakarthach - Friendship Peak Trek

Day 10: Bakarthach – Solang - Friendship Peak Trek

In the morning trek back to Solang and from here drive to Manali for overnight stay.

Day 11: Manali – Delhi - Friendship Peak Trek

Day at leisure and in the evening drive to Delhi by Bus Or Cab. Overnight journey.
